OUR FRUIT TARTS

Our tarts are small pleasures to savour: a crumbly shortcrust base, a smooth homemade cream, and fresh seasonal fruit, finished with a light glaze that enhances their colour and shine.

THE MILLE-FEUILLE

Our mille-feuille is a classic that wins you over right away: layers of golden, crispy puff pastry alternate with a light, velvety mascarpone cream, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.

THE CHOCOLATE CAKE
